When Time Ends What Begins?

So today I had a few unique experiences, but for now I thought I'd put one on my blog so it looked like I've put more work in to it. My journey today began, surprisingly nothing new with my morning routine but in fact I would say my day began in my car. . . yeah, I'm sure that sounds lame, but its one time in my day where I for some reason can truly collect my thoughts. though I don't suppose this has anything to do with my blaring my music and cruising wildly down the streets of Lewisville. (ha seeing as I live soooo far into Lewisville...) I like most mornings as I am making my way to school find it quite exciting to just gaze at the sky. (uhhh.. only at stop lights of course!) It was extremely beautiful with its colors of orange purple blues and yellows both thrown and perfectly painted across the sky..and while looking into the masterpiece that laid before me while listening to melodic riffs of 'If Tree's Could Talk' words began to fill my mind that went something like this:

"What would it be like at the end of time?
when the sky opens and all the Glory and Power
you hold is released, The Tree's begin to whisper,
and the Rocks begin to sing
and the earth shakes as it is exposed to you.
Bodies of the dead begin to rise,
and your creation falls to its knee's to praise
The King of Kings, while Crying,
'Lord Lord, you are great and mighty'
what then will be the color of the sky?
Orange, White, or Blue? Bright or Dark and gloomy?
what will the redeemed say, as there father descends,
once more for his second coming."

I have always wondered what it would be like on that Glorious day, If you have never taken the time to think about it I strongly encourage that you do. I think, No. I know that it will be a wonderful day, the day that restarts history for man kind. what will our thoughts be? our emotions? The questions are endless, yet it gives you peace and assurance, even under maybe some slight feelings of impatience. Because we know that one day. this day will come. a day when all is made new, a day when we are reunited with not only our father, but our lover, our creator, our Savior. we need this thought and feeling to be a constant on our mind, reminding us that it could happen at anytime. What If I looked up that morning to the sky, and it did right then open, the sky parted and descended was the Glory of God? would I be ready? Had I already had my primary focus on bringing the Glory to God that day? These truly are questions we need to ask ourselves constantly. what or to whom am I living for? when I wake is my first thought of the precious love and grace of God, or is it of other mundane things that my heart is so gripped over. when you look to the sky, what do you see? and when Time is at its End, what beginning are you truly declaring.
